Oatmeal Risotto

Healthy Recipe of Risotto! Good for weight loss!

(serves two)
100ml
oatmeal
tbsp 6 (heaping)
Tbsp 1-2
(big) mushrooms
3
white wine
Tbsp 2
cheese
60g
chicken
100g
pepper
to taste
milk (α)
150ml
100ml
stock powder (α)
tbsp 1
Parmesan cheese
to garnish
parsley
to garnish
garlic

Add water to oatmeal and cook in microwave for 30 seconds.

When Oatmeal is cooked, mix well with spoon.

In a heated pan, add olive oil and chopped garlic.

Add onion (& oil if needed)
when garlic gives a nice aroma.

When onion is cooked well, add chicken and white wine.

Add mushroom when the surface of the chicken becomes white.

Cook until chicken gets cooked.

Add oatmeal and then pour (α) over it.

Break chunks of oatmeal as much as possible using spoon.

When it starts getting thick, add cheese.

Mix a little bit and keep the heat until cheese melts.

(Add pepper if needed.)

Serve on a plate, garnish with parsley and Parmesan cheese!
