tuna oatmeal risotto

oatmeal
5-6 tablespoon
(big) mushrooms

white wine
3 tablespoons
tuna (without oil)

cheese
50g or more
parsley
to garnish
garlic
1 clove
stock powder
1/3 teaspoon
(pizza)cheese
50-60g
milk
150ml

Slice mushroom and chop garlic finely.

Add butter on a heated pan, then cook garlic.

When garlic gives nice aroma, add sliced mushroom and wine.

Cook until mushroom gets cooked, add tuna and mix it.

Add milk, water and stock powder and stir it.

Add oatmeal.

Mix well and cook until oatmeal gets cooked
