Quick, easy and healthy recipe for my bf:) Good luck on diet

材料

oatmeal
5-6 tablespoon
(big) mushrooms
5
butter
10g
white wine
3 tablespoons
tuna (without oil)
80g
cheese
50g or more
parsley
to garnish
garlic
1 clove
stock powder
1/3 teaspoon
(pizza)cheese
50-60g
milk
150ml
100ml

作り方

    Slice mushroom and chop garlic finely.

    Add butter on a heated pan, then cook garlic.

    When garlic gives nice aroma, add sliced mushroom and wine.

    Cook until mushroom gets cooked, add tuna and mix it.

    Add milk, water and stock powder and stir it.

    Add oatmeal.
    (5-6 tablespoons full like shown in photo)

    Mix well and cook until oatmeal gets cooked

    Add milk if it is too thick.

    When oatmeal is cooked, add cheese and mix well.

    Cook until cheese melts

    Serve on a plate and garnish Italian parsley.
