Beyond meat burrito

This vegetarian burrito filling will fill up your appetites!

yellow or Vidalia onion (finely chopped)
1/2 cup (1/2 large)
garlic (minced)
2 cloves
tomato paste

For the burrito seasoning
ground cumin
2 teaspoons
smoked paprika
2 teaspoons
onion powder
1 teaspoon
dried oregano
1 teaspoon
kosher salt
2/3 -1 teaspoon
freshly ground black pepper

Prepare the burrito seasoning. Set aside.

Oil in a large nonstick pan over medium heat.

Stir the onion and garlic and cook 2-3 minutes.

Add beyond beef, crumbling the beef up into small chunks.

If a sticky feeling shows in cooking, add seasoning mix.
