Rosemary Salmon
Description
Salmon paired with fresh rosemary, is a wonderful aroma!

salmon fillet
3 fillets

For the marinade:
Extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons
fresh rosemary (minced)
1 tablespoon
balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons
garlic
2 cloves
kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon
freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon

In a small bowl, whisk all the marinade ingredients.

Place the salmon in a glass container.

Pour marinade over the salmon.

Cover with a plastic wrap, refrigerate 30 mins.

Place the salmon on a large nonstick skillet.

Pour the rest of the marinade over the salmon.

Turn the heat to medium, wait for the sizzling.

Cook 5 mins or until browned. Then flip the salmon.

Reduce heat to medium low, then cover and cook for 5 mins.

Uncover and check to make sure it's heated through. Serve!

I use nonstick a skillet for this recipe. Make sure not to heat up the empty skillet or you might damage the pan!
