Description

Leaner than a regular hamburger!

材料 (4 servings)

ground turkey (breast or thigh)
1 lb
garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon
onion powder
1/2 teaspoon
Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon
ketchup
1 tablespoon
dijon mustard
1 teaspoon
kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon
freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon
Japanese bread crumbs
4 tablespoons
fresh Italian parsley (minced)
1/4 cup
 
canola oil
2 tablespoons

    In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients.

    Mix with your hands well until mixed together well.

    Shape into 4 patties.

    Oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.

    Cook the patties until brown for 4-5 minutes on each side.

    Serve on buns with your choice of topping and condiment :-)

コツ・ポイント

Lean meat causes a dry result for the patty. Add condiments to the meat and balance up the seasoning to keep it moist.
