Description

Our favorite egg salad for sandwiches!

材料 (3-4 servings)

boiled egg

1/2 celery stalk (finely minced)
2-3 tablespoons
sour cream
1 tablespoon
kewpie maynnaise
2 tablespoons
dijon mustard
1 teaspoon
fine sea salt
1/8heaped-1/8 teaspoon
freshly ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon
garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon
dried tarragon
1/8 teaspoon
fresh Italian parsley (minced)
1 tablespoon

    Place peeled eggs in a small glass bowl.

    Mash eggs with a fork, either into chunky or fine pieces.

    Combine all the rest of the ingredients, and stir well.

    Taste, add salt and pepper if needed. READY!

コツ・ポイント

For the egg salad, I highly recommend to use kewpie mayonnaise. You can have a pretty flashy result!

このレシピの生い立ち

Most egg salad recipes only need mayonnaise, but when I added a little bit of sour cream, it came out well :-)
