Description

A popular Thai street food at home!

材料 (4 servings)

Thai stir fry rice noodles
8 oz
 
Chinese broccoli or baby broccoli (chopped)
1 bunch (200 g)
red bell pepper (julienne)
1 medium
fried tofu (cut into bite-sized)
1 pack (6.5 oz)
OR your choice of meat (beef, pork or shrimp)
200 g
garlic (minced)
2 cloves
1 large
roasted peanut oil
2 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon +3 tablespoons
 
For the sauce:
Chinese dark soy sauce
2 tablespoons
oyster sauce
2 tablespoons
sake
2 tablespoons
fish sauce
2 teaspoons
coconut palm sugar or cane sugar
2 teaspoons
2 tablespoons
chicken bouillon powder
1 teaspoon

    Cook rice noodles according to the package directions.

    Rinse in cold water, drain well and set aside.

    Prepare all the ingredients!

    Mix all the sauce ingredients.

    Oil in a wok over medium high heat, add tofu.

    Cook until tofu gets brown on all sides. Add garlic/stem.

    Once stem gets dark green, stir in the rest of it, then cook

    Move veggies to one side, add oil and egg. Scramble the egg.

    Move all the ingredients to a plate, set aside.

    Set the wok back on the stove on medium high heat. Add oil.

    Stir in rice noodles, sauce, then toss for some time to →

    caramelize the sauce and make it thicker.

    Stir in the ingredients, then toss once more. Serve!

コツ・ポイント

Adjust cooking time for the vegetables' nice texture. Combine all the ingredients to toss. Enjoy street food at HOME!
