Broccoli Stir Fry
Description
Stir fry with a little salty-sweet flavor of a Thai dish!

(2-3 servings)
baby broccoli
1 bunch (200 g)
shrimp (peeled and deveined)
5-6 shrimps
garlic (sliced)
2 cloves
roasted peanut oil
1 tablespoon
2 tablespoons

For the sauce:
oyster sauce
1 tablespoon
fish sauce
1 teaspoon
light brown sugar
1 teaspoon
sake
1 tablespoon
red chilli flakes
one pinch

Prepare the ingredients!

Combine all the sauce ingredients, set aside.

Put oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add shrimp, stem and garlic then cook.

Once shrimp gets pink, flip it over, then cook.

Add the rest of the broccoli/water, then cover and cook.

Cook until the veggies are almost heated through.

Uncover, stir in sauce and toss well. Serve!

The key step is to keep a nice texture for the broccoli, so don't over steam and toss quickly with the sauce!
