Description

Put it in potato salad, sprinkle over green salad, and more!

材料

make 1 cup of bacon bits
Bacon (minced)
1p (8 oz)

    Mince the bacon strips to pieces as small as possible.

    Add bacon in a large nonstick skillet, heat to medium low.

    You can see the fat slowly coming off the bacon.

    Once "FAT" makes a puddle, use a paper towel to clean it.

    Stir sometimes until you reach your desired done-ness.

    Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to drain.

    NOTE: Allow bacon bits to completely cool before storing.

    I store freezer bags lined with paper towels :-)

コツ・ポイント

Use a nonstick or cast iron skillet to evenly heat and slowly cook off the bacon fat!
