Crispy Bacon Bits
Description
Put it in potato salad, sprinkle over green salad, and more!

Bacon (minced)

Mince the bacon strips to pieces as small as possible.

Add bacon in a large nonstick skillet, heat to medium low.

You can see the fat slowly coming off the bacon.

Once "FAT" makes a puddle, use a paper towel to clean it.

Stir sometimes until you reach your desired done-ness.

Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to drain.
