Description

It tastes like going to a beach house or a restaurant!

材料 (4-6 servings)

shrimp with shells (preferably pink or white, thawed)
1 lb
old bay seasoning
1 tablespoon
celery (finely diced or minced)
1 stalk
scallion (finely sliced)
1
fresh Italian parsley (chopped)
1/4 cup
 
For the dressing:
Hellman's mayonnaise
3 tablespoons
sour cream
2 tablespoons
old bay seasoning
1/2 teaspoon
2 teaspoons
cane sugar
1 teaspoon
sea salt
to taste

    Gather all the ingredients.

    Prepare an iced water bath for the shrimp.

    Bring water to a boil in a medium sauce pan and add old bay.

    Add shrimp, stir occasionally. Cook until heated through.

    Drain the shrimp in a colander, place the shrimp into a bowl

    Let the shrimp cool down in the bath.

    Peel and devein the shrimp, pat them dry with a paper towel.

    Roughly chop the shrimp, then transfer to a mixing bowl.

    In a small bowl, combine all the dressing and mix well.

    Stir in celery, scallion, parsley and dressing into a bowl.

    Toss well and taste, add salt or lemon juice as needed.

    Chill in the fridge until served.

Cook with the shells on the shrimp to trap the best part of the shrimp!

このレシピの生い立ち

Shrimp is our all time favorite seafood. Lobster rolls are famous here, but my preference is shrimp salad sandwiches :-)
