Gather all the ingredients.

Prepare an iced water bath for the shrimp.

Bring water to a boil in a medium sauce pan and add old bay.

Add shrimp, stir occasionally. Cook until heated through.

Drain the shrimp in a colander, place the shrimp into a bowl
