Broccoli and Shrimp
Description
A Chinese restaurant style, stir fried side dish!
材料
(2-3 servings)
baby broccoli
1 bunch (200 g)
shrimp (peeled and deveined)
100 g
oyster mushroom (shredded)
100 g
garlic (minced)
1 clove
canola oil
1 tablespoon
2 tablespoons

For the sauce:
oyster sauce
1 tablespoon
Chinese dark soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon
Chinese light soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon
sake
1 tablespoon
mirin
1 tablespoon
ground white pepper
1/8 teaspoon
toasted sesami oil
1 tablespoon

Gather all the ingredients.

Combine all the sauce ingredients, set aside.

Oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add shrimp and stem, then cook.

Once shrimp gets pink, flip it over, then cook.

Add the rest of the broccoli, mushroom, garlic and water.

Then cover and cook for 5 minutes or→

Cook until the veggies are almost completely cooked through.

Uncover, stir in sauce and toss well.

Turn off the heat and drizzle sesame oil over it.

Toss once more, then serve!

コツ・ポイント
I skipped blanching the shrimp, and instead covered and cooked it to keep a nice texture. I think it saves time!
