Description

A quick prep lunch for a healthy late night snack!

材料 (1 serving)

Udon
1 bundle for 1 serving
 
natto
1 pack
scallion (thinly sliced)
2-3 (1/3 cup)
 
For the sauce:
avocado oil
2 tablespoons
noodle soup base:ID : 7201984
3 tablespoons
1 tablespoon
mustard (comes with natto pack)
1
 
toasted sesame oil
1 teaspoon

    Gather all the ingredients.

    Cook your udon according to your package instructions.

    Meanwhile, combine all the sauce ingredients in a bowl.

    Add natto and sliced scallion, then mix well.

    For the warm natto udon...

    Transfer cooked udon into a sauce, then toss well.

    Drizzle sesame oil over the udon. Serve!

    For the cold natto udon...

    Transfer cooked udon to a colander.

    Run cool water over the udon until it's cool to the touch.

コツ・ポイント

Add a little oil into the sauce to prevent the noddles from sticking with each other.

Natto has a distinct aroma so I like to minimize its spread even though we LOVE it. A simple toss makes it great!
