Description

Hints of lemon juice and garlic promises for another bowl!

材料

thinly sliced pork belly or shoulder
1 lb
scallions (thinly sliced)

canola oil
1 tablespoon
 
For the sauce:
2 tablespoons
sake
2 tablespoons
chicken bouillon powder
2 teaspoons
kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon
garlic (grated)
2 cloves
1 tablespoon
toasted sesame oil
1 teaspoon
potato starch
2 teaspoons
 
toasted sesame seeds
2 tablespoons
 
freshly ground black pepper
as desired

    Combine all the sauce ingredients.

    Slice the meat into bite sized pieces.

    Oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

    Add meat and cook until almost heated through.

    Use paper towels to let it absorb extra fat if needed.

    Add sauce mix and bring it to a simmer.

    Cook until the sauce thickens. Taste, adjust with salt.

    Stir in scallions and sesame seeds, and cook for 1 minute.

    Serve with rice and sprinkle with black pepper for a kick!

コツ・ポイント

Stir in scallions at the end of the cooking to keep a bright tint of green.

I used to buy this dish from convenience stores, but it was a bit salty. I modified the seasoning for our taste buds :-)
