Rosemary Pasta
Description
A quick dinner plan for a busy weeknight with rosemary :-)

spaghetti
360 g
tomato sauce ID : 7152917
1 1/2 cups
extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon + 1 tablespoon
white wine
1/3 cup
fresh rosemary (finely minced)
1 sprig (1/2 tablespoon)
fish sauce
1 tablespoon
kosher salt
to taste
pecorino romano cheese (grated)
as desired

Add sauce/oil/ wine/rosemary/fish sauce in a large skillet.

Heat to medium and bring to a simmer. Cook for 3 minutes.

Taste and add salt as needed.

Lower the heat until pasta is ready.

Bring to a boil in a large pot of water. Add pasta and cook.

Reduce the cooking time by 1 min so we FINISH it in the PAN.

Add pasta, oil and toss well.

Serve with grated pecorino romano over the pasta.

Adding fresh rosemary into homemade tomato sauce gives you a nice aroma.
