Description

These simple bread crumbs have irresistible flavor!

材料

sourdough bread
250 g
anchovies (in oil)
4 filets
garlic (minced)
4 cloves
crushed red pepper
one pinch
extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup
fresh basil (minced)
1/4 cup
fresh Italian parsley (minced)
1/4 cup

    Slice the bread into pieces.

    Place the bread into a food processor.

    Pulse until the bread forms into coarse crumbs.

    Then pulse longer to make them finer.

    Gather all the ingredients.

    Oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.

    Add anchovies then mash the anchovies with the spatula.

    Add garlic and cook until fragrant.

    Add 1/2 the bread crumbs. Add garlic. Stir constantly.

    Add the rest of the bread crumbs and stir constantly.

    Cook until the bread crumbs are crisp and golden.

    Remove from the heat, stir in basil and parsley.

    Store in an airtight bag for about a month in the freezer.

コツ・ポイント

You can use panko (Japanese bread crumbs). Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month.
