Mollicata
Description
These simple bread crumbs have irresistible flavor!

sourdough bread
250 g
anchovies (in oil)
4 filets
garlic (minced)
4 cloves
crushed red pepper
one pinch
extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup
fresh basil (minced)
1/4 cup
fresh Italian parsley (minced)

Slice the bread into pieces.

Place the bread into a food processor.

Pulse until the bread forms into coarse crumbs.

Then pulse longer to make them finer.

Gather all the ingredients.

Oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.

Add anchovies then mash the anchovies with the spatula.

Add garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add 1/2 the bread crumbs. Add garlic. Stir constantly.

Add the rest of the bread crumbs and stir constantly.
