Description

Irresistible fudgy coco brownies!

材料 (8" square pan)

unsalted butter
100 g
cane sugar
150 g
light brown sugar
100 g
sea salt
1/4 teaspoon
 
grape seed oil
70 g
pure vanila extract
2 teaspoons
 
all purpose flour
70 g
unsweetened Dutch-processed cocoa powder
80 g
 
2 large

    Position a rack in the middle of the oven.

    Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.

    Prepare an 8" square baking pan with parchment paper.

    Whisk the flour and coco powder in a small bowl.

    Place butter, both sugars, and salt in a medium steel bowl.

    Prepare hot water in a larger heat resistant glass bowl.

    Place a stainless steel bowl in the glass bowl.

    Make sure the bottom of the bowl touches the hot water.

    Stir at times until the butter has melted and has combined.

    Remove from the glass bowl and let it cool off until warm.

    Stir in oil and vanilla extract.

    Add eggs once at a time.

    Stir vigorously after adding an egg each time.

    Add dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.

    Use a rubber spatula and gently fold the dry ingredients.

    Do NOT overmix it, as it will change the texture.

    Pour the batter evenly into a baking pan.

    Bake for 20-25 mins or use the toothpick method.

    Insert a toothpick into the center. It should be clean.

    Allow it to cool completely on a rack.

    Cut into 9-16 brownies.

コツ・ポイント

We adapted the brownie recipe to make a denser result. Adding some fat into the batter helps to make it"FUDGY!"
