Description

Simple pan fried noodles with peppers!

材料 (2-3 servings)

spaghetti
200 g
 
thinly sliced pork (chopped into bite sized pieces)
150 g
Japanese green peppers (julienne)
2-3
red bell pepper (julienne)
1/2 medium
garlic (minced)
2 cloves
crushed red pepper
1/4 teaspoon
 
canola oil
1 tablespoon
 
For the sauce:
chicken bouillon powder
2 teaspoons
kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon
sake
1 tablespoon
1/2 tablespoon
toasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon
 
freshly ground black pepper for a little kick
to taste

    Cook pasta according to the package directions. Set aside.

    Gather all the ingredients.

    Combine all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl.

    Oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

    Add garlic/red pepper, cook until the garlic gets fragrant.

    Add meat and cook until it's almost heated through.

    Add both peppers and cook until wilted.

    Add pasta and sauce then toss well until evenly combined.

    Taste, add salt and pepper as needed. Serve.

コツ・ポイント

A hint of red pepper makes a good combination with peppers and lemon juice. The toasted sesame oil adds an aroma!
