Description

Chinese street-style fried noodles!

材料 (2-3 servings)

spaghetti or capellini
200 g
 
fried tofu (chop into cubes)
1 pack (6.5 oz)
Chinese chives (chop into 2" long pieces)
2 bunches (100 g)
fresh ginger (minced)
1 teaspoon
garlic (minced)
2 cloves
crushed red pepper
1/4 teaspoon
canola oil
1 tablespoon +1 tablespoon
 
for the sauce:
Chinese dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon
Chinese light soy sauce
1 tablespoon
chicken bouillon powder
1 teaspoon
1 tablespoon
toasted sesame oil
1/2 tablespoon
 
kosher salt
to taste

作り方

    Cook pasta according to the package directions. Set aside.

    Combine all the sauce ingredients. Set aside.

    Gather all the ingredients.

    Oil in a wok over medium heat. Add tofu.

    Cook both sides until browned, then place on a plate.

    Add oil in a wok and add ginger, garlic and pepper.

    Cook until fragrant. Add tofu, chives, pasta, and the sauce.

    Toss until the chives wilt and the sauce is coated evenly.

    Taste, add salt as needed. Serve.

    Spaghetti → capellini, crushed red pepper→serrano pepper.

Focus on the Chinese chives' aroma, and minimize ingredients other than tofu.
