Cook rice noodles according to the package directions.

Rinse in cold water, drain well and set aside.

Gather all the ingredients.

Mix all the sauce ingredients. Set aside.

Oil in a wok over medium high heat, add tofu.

Cook until tofu gets brown on all sides. Remove from wok.

Add squid/shrimp/chicken and cook until heated through.

Remove from wok and set aside with tofu.

Cook extra liquid off for about 5 minutes.

Concentrate the leftover liquid to use it for the sauce.

Add garlic, broccoli and cook until almost heated through.
