Description

A balanced Thai food essential!

材料 (3-4 servings)

Thai fried rice noodles
8 oz
 
fried tofu (cut into cubes)
1 pack (6.5 oz)
squid tubes (cut into bite sized pieces)
1/2 lb
shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1/2 lb
boneless skinless chicken breast (sliced)
100 g
baby broccoli or Chinese broccoli (chopped)
200 g
1 large
garlic (minced)
3 cloves
 
canola oil
1 tablespoon + 1 tablespoon
 
for the sauce:
Chinese dark soy sauce
3 tablespoons
Chinese light soy sauce
2 tablespoons
light brown sugar
1 tablespoon
chicken bouillon powder
2 teaspoons
2 tablespoons

作り方

    Cook rice noodles according to the package directions.

    Rinse in cold water, drain well and set aside.

    Gather all the ingredients.

    Mix all the sauce ingredients. Set aside.

    Oil in a wok over medium high heat, add tofu.

    Cook until tofu gets brown on all sides. Remove from wok.

    Add squid/shrimp/chicken and cook until heated through.

    Remove from wok and set aside with tofu.

    Cook extra liquid off for about 5 minutes.

    Concentrate the leftover liquid to use it for the sauce.

    Add garlic, broccoli and cook until almost heated through.

    Move veggies to one side, add egg and scramble it.

    Add oil, noodles, sauce and cook until noodles get soft.

    Add tofu, squid, shrimp, chicken and toss once more.

    Serve.

コツ・ポイント

Add extra oil to prevent the noodles from sticking together.

This recipe is supposedly a Thai restaurant house noodle dish. My regular takeout menu's from there, but not anymore!
