Description

An organic "funky" pepper side dish!

材料

red bell pepper (cut into 1/2" wide strips)
2 large
yellow bell pepper (cut into 1/2" wide strips)
2 large
garlic (minced)
2 cloves
fresh basil (minced)
1/4 cup
 
avocado oil
2 tablespoons
 
balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon
kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon
freshly ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon
cane sugar
1 teaspoon

    Gather all the ingredients.

    Oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic.

    Cook until fragrant. Add peppers. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

    Add vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar.

    Cook until the liquid is almost cooked off.

    Turn off the heat and add basil.

    Toss once more and serve.
