Chocolate Sheet
Description
Homemade chocolate marble bread!
材料
bread flour
20 g
corn starch
5 g
unsweetened cocoa powder
10 g
cane sugar
20 g
skim or 1 % milk or whole milk
60 g
semi sweet chocolate
80 g
egg white
1 large
unsalted butter
20 g

Whisk in flour/starch/cocoa/sugar in a microwave-safe bowl.

Slowly pour the milk into a dry mix, and whisk until smooth.

Nuke 1 min (700w). Stir in chocolate and mix until melted

NOTE: No need to cover the bowl when you nuke it.

Whisk in egg white and mix well.

Nuke for 90 sec at (700w) again.

Add butter and use a rubber spatula to knead the dough.

NOTE:If you can't shape it into one piece, nuke 10 more sec→

then knead with a rubber spatula until it thickens.

Place under a plastic wrap. Use a 5" x 5" size piece.

Completely wrap with the plastic wrap. Store in a fridge →

for at least 1 hour before use.

You can prepare the sheet ahead of time and store it in a freezer! Take the sheet from the freezer 1 hr prior to baking.
