Daikon Salad

daikon

shallot (thinly sliced)
1 small
fresh Italian parsley (minced)

for the dressing:
extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons
white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon
raw agave nectar
1 tablespoon
dijon mustard
1 teaspoon
fine sea salt
1/2 teaspoon
freshly ground black pepper

Slice daikon into 3" long and 2 mm wide pieces. Add julienne

Whisk all the dressing ingredients in a mixing bowl.

Add daikon/shallots/parsley and toss well.
