Creamy sesame paste and extra sesame dressing!

2 bunch (400 g)

sesame paste
4 tablespoons
Japanese light soy sauce
3 tablespoons
mirin
1 tablespoon
cane sugar
1 tablespoon
ground sesame seeds
1 tablespoon
fine sea salt

Chop cooked komatsuna into 2" long pieces.

Combine all the dressing ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

Add komatsuna and mix well until evenly coated.

We eat komatsuna like we do salads, so it's more than a small side dish. I found unopened sesame paste, so I made this!
