Dry yeast
1 tsp
Sugar
1 tbsp
Salt
1 pinched
40C warm water
110ml

Mix all ingredients except for water with chopsticks

Mix them with chopsticks adding warm water in 3 parts

Add 1 tbsp sesami oil and knead them by hand. Knead well!

Let it rest in a room for 40min until it get big twice

Wrap filling in it, let them rest under a wet towel (20min)
