American Italian seafood soup born in San Francisco

2 medium
shrimp

crab
8 legs
mussels

clam
8
tomato paste
12 oz
diced tomatoes
1 can
white wine
1 cup
pepper
1 tbs
red pepper flake
1 tbs
chicken stock
8 cups
salt
1 tbs
garlic bread
half baguette

作り方

  1. 1

    Sauté onion until soft in Dutch oven in medium heat.

    Add red pepper flake and tomato paste and sauté 5 min.

  3. 3

    Add white wine then clam juice.

  4. 4

    Add diced tomato and chicken stock and boil.

  5. 5

    Change to medium heat. Add crab, mussels, clam to the pot

  6. 6

    Once clam and mussels open up, add shrimp. Taste and season.

  7. 7

    Serve in large bowl with garlic bread
