Peperoncino Beans
Description
A simple sauté with traditional Aglio e Olio sauce!

(3-4 servings)
french beans
1/2 lb
garlic (sliced)
2 cloves
crushed red pepper
1/4 teaspoon
extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons
white wine
3 tablespoons
kosher salt
to taste
freshly ground black pepper
to taste

Oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add garlic and peppers and cook until fragrant.

Add beans and cook while stirring occasionally (2-3 mins).

Add wine and cook until the french beans are heated through.

NOTE: If garlic is too browned, remove from the skillet.

Season with salt and pepper.
