Description

Excellent mix of nutrients with its essential flavors!

材料

cauliflower
1 head
kosher salt
for about 1 % of the blanching water
 
For the sauce:
sour cream
1/3 cup
mayonnaise
3 tablespoon
curry powder
1 teaspoon
garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon
smoked paprika powder
1/4 teaspoon
fine sea salt
1/2 teaspoon
freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon
 
Italian blend shredded cheese or your choice of shredded cheese
1 cup
 
fresh Italian parsley (chopped)
for garnish

    Gather all the ingredients.

    Remove the outer leaves of cauliflower.

    Slice the stem off from the cauliflower.

    Prepare the florets:

    Cut into the middle of the stem.

    Then break it in half by hands.

    Cut into the core and break each piece in half to cut-->

    the cauliflower into quarters.

    Angle the knife to cut out the florets from the core.

    Repeat for the remaining pieces of cauliflower.

    Place them into a colander, wash under running water.

    Cut the florets to your preferred size if needed.

    Bring water to a boil to cook the florets.

    Add salt and the florets and cook for 1-2 minutes.

    Transfer to the colander and drain well.

    Preheat the oven for 400F.

    Grease the baking dish with olive oil or butter.

    Place the florets into a baking dish.

    Combine all the sauce ingredients, and mix well.

    Spread the sauce over the cauliflower, topped with cheese.

    Place in the oven for 10-15 mins/until golden brown at top.

    Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
