Sausage Pasta
Description
The Italian sausage adds an Italian flavor to the sauce!
材料
(3-4 servings)
spaghetti
400 g
kosher salt
for pasta water
extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup
Italian sausage (sliced)
3
garlic (minced)
3 cloves
crushed red pepper flake
1/4 teaspoon
white wine
1/2 cup
kosher salt
to taste
freshly ground black pepper
to taste
fresh basil
1 cup (loosely packed)

Gather all the ingredients.

Oil in a large skillet over medium low heat.

Add garlic/pepper and cook until the garlic is fragrant.

Place the sausage into a skillet.

Stir at times until the sausage is lightly browned.

Add wine and bring to a simmer, then cook until thickened.

Season with salt and pepper. Reduce the heat to low.

Bring water to a boil in a large pot. Add pasta and cook.

Reduce pasta cooking time by 1min so we FINISH it in the PAN

Add pasta and basil. Toss over medium high heat.

Cook the garlic and sausage over low heat to transfer the flavor into the olive oil.
