Bean Sprout Salad
Description
An incredibly healthy/beneficial salad with low calories!
材料
(3-4 servings)
bean sprouts
1 pack (12 oz)
kosher salt
for about 1 % of the blanching water
scallions (thinly sliced)
2 stalks
■
for the dressing:
toasted sesame oil
2 tablespoons
chicken bouillon powder
1 teaspoon
fine sea salt
1/4 teaspoon
cane sugar
1 teaspoon
rice vinegar
1 tablespoon
toasted sesame seeds
2 tablespoon

Gather all the ingredients.

Bring water to a boil in a large pot.

Add bean sprouts and cook for 1 minute.

Transfer cooked bean sprouts to a colander.

Drain well and let it cool for a couple of minutes.

Meanwhile, combine all the dressing ingredients in a bowl.

Add bean sprouts and scallions, then toss well.

Chill for at least 1 hour before serving!
