Cabbage/Lemon Salad

A quick dish that goes along with any weeknight meal!

spring cabbage (chopped)

carrot (shredded)
1 medium
shallot (thinly sliced)

ham (diced)
2 slices (1/3 cup)
fresh Italian parsley (minced)

for the dressing:
avocado oil
3 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
raw apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon
cane sugar
2 teaspoons
fine sea salt
1/2 teaspoon
freshly ground black pepper

Gather all the ingredients.
