Porky Chive Sauté
Description
Chinese style simple sautéd dish for a weeknight dinner!
材料
thinly sliced pork belly (cut into bite sized pieces)
200 g
Chinese chives (cut into 1.5" long pieces)
1 bunch (50 g)
bean sprouts (rinsed)
200 g
garlic (minced)
2 cloves
canola oil
1 tablespoon

for the sauce:
oyster sauce
1 tablespoon
Chinese light soy sauce
1 tablespoon
sake
1 tablespoon
chicken bouillon powder
1 teaspoon
potato starch
1 teaspoon
1/4 cup
toasted sesame oil
2 teaspoons

Gather all the ingredients.

Combine all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside

Oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.

Add garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add pork and cook until almost heated through.

Stir in bean sprouts and cook for 1 minute.
