Description

A simple but gorgeous Mediterranean inspired appetizer!

材料 (4 servings)

sashimi grade octopus tentacles (chopped into bite size pieces)
1 (~150 g)
fresh center cut sashimi grade salmon (chop into a bite size pieces)
~200 g
ripe avocado (chopped)
1
pitted kalamata olives (sliced)
2 tablespoons
shallots (minced)
2 tablespoons
red bell pepper (minced)
3 tablespoons
fresh Italian parsley (minced)
1 tablespoon
 
for the dressing:
extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon
red wine vinegar
1/2 tablespoon
fine sea salt
1/4 teaspoon
freshly ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon
garlic (finely minced)
1 small
dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon

    Gather the ingredients.

    Combine all the dressing ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

    Add octopus/salmon/avocado/olives/shallot/pepper/parsley.

    Stir gently to combine. Taste, and add salt as needed.

    Chill for at least 30 mins before serving.

Add ripe avocados for the creamy and rich after taste.
