Description

The savory flavor from the sausage unites with the peppers.

材料

Japanese green bell peppers (julinenne)
~10
Italian sausage (cut into matchsticks)
1
garlic (minced)
1 clove
 
extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons
 
kosher salt
to taste
freshly ground black pepper
to taste

作り方

    Gather all the ingredients.

    Oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

    Add sausage and stir at times to cook until lightly golden.

    NOTE: Infuse the sausage flavor into the oil.

    Add peppers and garlic. Cook until heated through.

    NOTE: Do not overcook the peppers. We need them crunchy.

    Season with salt and black pepper.

Add extra black pepper for a kick.

I had one leftover sausage from last night. I realized sausages goes well with peppers, so I used Japanese ones. :-)
