Cake flour or all purpose

Sugar

Water

Vegetable oil

作り方

    Preheat the oven 340°F.
    Separate egg yolk and egg white

    Beat the egg white like a picture

    Add a half of sugar and beat until stiff peaks form

    Using another bowl,beat egg yolk and sugar about 5 minutes.

    Add water and oil into 4 and mix.

    Add flour while sifting

    Add 1/3 egg white and mix by using a whisk

    Add 1/2 egg white and mix by spatula.Don’t pop the bubbles

    Add a remaining egg white and mix carefully

    Pour the batter into the chiffon pan

    Bake 30 minutes

    After baking,cool down up side down.
