Description

A quick starter with simple preparation!

材料 (4 servings)

fresh sushi grade salmon fillet
~200 g
fine sea salt
paper towel
 
sashimi grade octopus tentacles
~150 g
ripe avocado (sliced)
1/2 large
 
for the dressing:
extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon
 
fine sea salt
to taste
freshly ground black pepper
to taste
 
lemon zest
1 teaspoon
capers (drained)
1 tablespoon
 
baby arugula leaves
1/2 cup

    Chill a serving plate in a fridge until you're done prepping

    Whisk together olive oil/lemon juice in a small bowl.

    Slice the salmon/octopus as thin as possible.

    Place sliced salmon/octopus/avocado on the serving plate.

    Arrange the arugula in the middle of the serving plate.

    Lightly season with salt and pepper.

    Drizzle the vinaigrette over the sashimi.

    Sprinkle capers and lemon zest over the sashimi. Serve.

コツ・ポイント

Use "GOOD" extra virgin olive oil. Add fresh lemon zest for a clean after taste.
