    Crack an egg into a small bowl.

    Add 1 tbs (water or milk or heavy cream) per egg.

    Use fork and beat until well combined and smooth.

    Use pastry brush to lightly brush the surface of baked goods

    NOTE: Pick which final touch you want for your baked goods.

    Egg and water: golden brown and slight glossy effect.

    Egg and milk: rich golden brown color and medium gloss.

    Egg and heavy cream: maximum browning and gloss.

    Egg white and water: light browning and gloss sheen.

    Egg white and milk: slight browning without a gloss.

    Egg yolk and water: rich and bright color ideal for biscuits

    Egg yolk and milk: nice light browning with high gloss sheen

    Whole egg: evenly golden and rich color.

    Egg white: good for a sparkly finish, less coloring.

Thoroughly wash your brushes, fork, bowl and your hands after using egg wash.
