Choco Fudge Frosting
Description
Full of chocolate flavor for cupcakes and more!

unsalted butter
100 g
unsweetened chocolate
100 g
unsweetened coco powder
2 tablespoons
fine sea salt
1/8 teaspoon
pure vanilla extract
1 teaspoon
confectioner sugar (shifted if lumpy)
200 g
heavy cream (at room temperature)

Place butter and chocolate in a medium steel bowl.

Prepare hot water in a larger heat resistant glass bowl.

Place the stainless steel bowl in the glass bowl.

Make sure the bottom of the bowl touches the hot water.

Stir at times until the butter and chocolate has melted.

Remove from the glass bowl and add cocoa/salt/vanilla.

Mix well until combined.

Stir sometimes and let the mixture cool.

Add half of the sugar and gently beat it.

Add remaining sugar and heavy cream.

Beat gently. Gradually beat it faster to make it fluffy.

I grabbed the unsweetened chocolate bars by ACCIDENT. Cupcakes are high demand, so I decided to make more frosting :-)
