These simple ingredients make a nutritious all-in-one dish!

材料 (2-3 servings)

ground pork
1/2 lb
soy bean sprouts (washed)
1 pack (12 oz)
 
garlic (grated)
1 teaspoon
bean paste (doubanjiang)
2 teaspoons
 
canola oil
2 tablespoons
 
for the soup:
2 cups
chicken bouillon powder
2 teaspoons
sake
2 tablespoons
Chinese light soy sauce
2 tablespoons
 
kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon or to taste
ground white pepper
1/8 teaspoon or to taste
 
potato starch
2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
 
toasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon
 
scallions (finely chopped)
for garnish (optional)
 
plain noodle bulk

    Oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

    Add garlic and bean paste, and cook until fragrant.

    Add pork and cook until heated through.
