Ingredients

30 minutes
4 servings
  1. 250 gr kabocha, deseeded and cubed
  2. 1 onion, chopped
  3. 3 garlic, chopped
  4. 1 tbsp oil
  5. 250 gr smoked chicken, shredded or chopped
  6. 3 tbsp BBQ sauce

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan. Put kabocha inside and stir occasionally until kabocha is caramelized and soft, but not crumbly.

    Add garlic and onion, stir until fragrant.

  3. 3

    Add smoked chicken and stir. Add BBQ sauce, stir and mix well.
