Egg Noodle with Simple Seasonings

I love instant noodles, but I know I shouldn't eat it that often. For a quick fix, I cook my own version of it.
Ingredients

1 dry egg noodle (about 35 grams)

250 ml water

4 champignon mushrooms, sliced

1 red chili, sliced

1 tsp chicken powder

1/2 tsp curry powder

1/2 tsp fish sauce

1 tsp lime or lemon juice
Cooking Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a pan, except dried veggies, if using.

Boil until the noodle is cooked. Stir occasionally.

Top with dried veggies. Stir before eating. You can use dried shallots, too!
