Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1 dry egg noodle (about 35 grams)
  2. 250 ml water
  3. 1 red chili, sliced
  4. 1 tsp chicken powder
  5. 1/2 tsp curry powder
  6. 1/2 tsp fish sauce
  7. 1 tsp lime or lemon juice
  8. Dried veggies (optional, I used one sachet from an instant ramen)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients in a pan, except dried veggies, if using.

  2. 2

    Boil until the noodle is cooked. Stir occasionally.

  3. 3

    Top with dried veggies. Stir before eating. You can use dried shallots, too!
