Ingredients

15 minutes (with 1 hour marinate)
4 servings
  1. 400 gr chicken thigh fillet, cubed
  2. 2 garlic, grated
  3. 1 tsp salt
  4. 1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  5. 2 tsp olive oil
  6. 1 tsp lemon juice
  7. Tzatziki Sauce:
  8. 1 cup plain yogurt
  9. 3 garlic, grated
  10. 1 tsp olive oil
  11. 2 small cucumber, grated
  12. 1 tsp salt
  13. 2 tsp lemon juice
  14. 1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  15. 2 kyuri, sliced
  16. 2 big tomatoes, sliced
  17. 1 onion, sliced thinly

Cooking Instructions

    Mix chicken with grated garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon. Keep in the fridge for at least 30 minutes (overnight is okay!). Heat the pan, medium heat, and pour chicken and marinade. Mix occasionally until chicken is cooked, set aside.

    Combine all ingredients for tzatziki and adjust the taste accordingly. You can add chopped mint or dill if available.

    Arrange the chicken, veggies, and pour tzatziki sauce over it. You can eat this as is, or add some rice/bread/flatbread.
