Mediterranean Inspired Chicken Salad and Tzatziki

My city feels hot and humid these days even though we're supposed to be experiencing rainy season.
Ingredients

400 gr chicken thigh fillet, cubed

2 garlic, grated

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper

2 tsp olive oil

1 tsp lemon juice

Tzatziki Sauce:

1 cup plain yogurt
-
3 garlic, grated

1 tsp olive oil

2 small cucumber, grated
-
1 tsp salt

2 tsp lemon juice
-
1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper

2 kyuri, sliced

2 big tomatoes, sliced

1 onion, sliced thinly
Cooking Instructions

Mix chicken with grated garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon. Keep in the fridge for at least 30 minutes (overnight is okay!). Heat the pan, medium heat, and pour chicken and marinade. Mix occasionally until chicken is cooked, set aside.

Combine all ingredients for tzatziki and adjust the taste accordingly. You can add chopped mint or dill if available.

Arrange the chicken, veggies, and pour tzatziki sauce over it. You can eat this as is, or add some rice/bread/flatbread.
