Warm Bacon Dressing

Imagine having nice Italian dishes along with this salad!

extra virgin olive oil

garlic (minced)

For the dressing:
red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons
honey
1 tablespoon
dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon
kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon
freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon
shallot (thinly sliced)
1 medium
red bell pepper (julienne)
1/2 medium
baby spinach or baby arugula or both

Place shallots, pepper, spinach/arugula into a large bowl.

in a small heat safe bowl, add all the dressing ingredients.

Whisk until combined, set aside.

Oil in small skillet over medium heat, add garlic and bits.

Cook until the garlic gets slightly golden.

Pour into a heat safe bowl, then whisk to combine.
