Description

Okura goes well with citrus vinaigrette!

材料

okura
8-10
kosher salt
shallots (thinly sliced)
1 small
 
for the dressing:
extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons
white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon
honey
2 teaspoons
sea salt
1/8 teaspoon
freshly ground black pepper
to taste

作り方

    Chop cooked okura into bite sized pieces.

    Combine all the sauce ingredients in a mixing bowl.

    Add okura and shallots into a bowl, and toss well.

    Taste, adjust with salt as needed.

    Chill for at least 1 hour before serving!

Honey helps cut off the edge of the white wine vinegar.
