Okura Tuna Salad
Description
The umami from the tuna makes a well balanced okura salad!

shallot (thinly sliced)
1 medium
tuna can
1 (80 g)
fresh Italian parsley (roughly chopped)
1/4 cup

for the dressing:
avocado oil
2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon
raw apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon
raw agave nectar
1 teaspoon
sea salt
1/8 teaspoon
freshly ground black pepper

Chop cooked okura into bite sized pieces.

In a mixing bowl, whisk in all dressing ingredients.
