Description

Homemade pickles go well with a savory pasta sauce!

材料 (2-3 servings)

spaghetti
200 g
kosher salt
for pasta water (1-1.5%)
 
extra virgin olive oil
4 tablespoons
 
galic (sliced)
2 cloves
crushed red pepper
1/4 teaspoon
ham (button)
80 g

作り方

    Gather all the ingredients.

    Bring water to a boil to cook the pasta.

    Reduce the cooking time by 1 min so we FINISH it in the PAN.

    Mean while, oil in a large skillet over medium low heat.

    Add garlic pepper and cook until garlic is lightly brown.

    Add ham and stir sporadically. Cook until lightly browned.

    Add pickles and cook for about 1 minute.

    Transfer the pasta into a skillet.

    Increase heat to high. Toss until evenly coated with sauce.

    Serve.
