Description

Roast Beef is good for sandwiches, but also for rice!

材料 (2-3 servings)

roast beef :ID : 7665639 or roast beef from the deli (sliced)
1/4 lb or more as desired per serving
 
shallot (thinly sliced)
1 medium
 
for the sauce:
2 tablespoons
mirin
4 tablespoons
tamari
2 tablespoons
cane sugar
1 tablespoon
garlic (grated)
1 teaspoon
freshly grounded black pepper
1/4 teaspoon
 
white wine vinegar
2 teaspoons
 
cooked Japanese short-grain rice

作り方

    Prepare a small bowl of water, and add sliced shallot.

    Soak it for 10 mins to remove the bitterness and drain well.

    For the sauce:

    Combine all the sauce ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl

    Nuke it for 1 minute 600 W or until the sugar dissolves

    Add white wine vinegar and mix well.

    For the assembly:

    Serve cooked rice for each serving bowl.

    Place the roast beef over the rice.

    Drizzle the sauce over the roast beef.

    Garnish the beef with sliced shallots. Serve.

コツ・ポイント

Add the white wine vinegar after nuking the sauce for some sharpness from the vinegar.
