Description

A colorful side with okura and crab sticks!

材料

okura
18-20
kosher salt (for okura preparation)
 
crab sticks (cut into bite sized pieces)
5
shallot (thinly sliced)
1 medium
 
for the dressing:
toasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon
shiro dashi
1 tablespoon
black vinegar
1 tablespoon
fine sea salt
to taste

作り方

    Chop okura/crab sticks into bite sized pieces.

    Combine all the sauce ingredients in a mixing bowl.

    Add okura/crab sticks into a bowl and toss well.

    Chill for at least 1 hour before serving!.

コツ・ポイント

Using black vinegar for the dressing adds some depth to the flavor.
