A colorful side with okura and crab sticks!

crab sticks (cut into bite sized pieces)

for the dressing:
toasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon
shiro dashi
1 tablespoon
black vinegar
1 tablespoon
fine sea salt
to taste

Chop okura/crab sticks into bite sized pieces.

Combine all the sauce ingredients in a mixing bowl.
