canned azuki beans

    Dango powder

    Add water to the dango powder

    Mix until equal consistency as bread dough

    Create a round ball by rolling between palms

    Put dango from step 4 into boiling water

    When the dango floats, scoop out and put into ice water

    After it has cooled, move the dango onto a plate

    Place the dango like a pyramid by placing 9,4,2 dangos

    Decorate the dango with autumn vegetables and fruits

    You can eat the dango with the canned fruits

コツ・ポイント

The decorative dango is about 4.5cm in diameter, but 1.5cm is easier to eat.
